the breakfast was delicious, they have a selection to chose from. the rooms views are really beautiful and show the nature. staff was very kind. we purchased the honeymoon package, this include a couples massage, a lunch and a floating breakfast
i thought there was no shuttle service, although you can get picked up in the area for a fee.

the hotel overlooks a jungle valley, a spectacle to behold. it is just a short drive to central areas and giant swings, offering easy access to attractions. i liked that the surrounding nature provides a peaceful, tropical atmosphere.

the staff are ever friendly, always smiling. they are attentive and make sure your night is beautiful. room attendants are kind, they move clothes drying outside from the rain when you are out. the level of service is excellent.

some issues
uninterested staffweak tea
the staff sometimes seemed a bit uninterested it made me feel less welcome the breakfast also wasn't great especially considering the price i paid the portions were small the tea was weak and some of the juices i couldn't even drink i wish the spa massages were better too they felt average and similar to cheaper options available elsewhere
